Coinbase is seeking a Senior Internal Communications Manager to join our People team. This role is crucial in shaping our internal communications strategy, ensuring that our employees are well-informed and engaged. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal communications, a deep understanding of our company's culture, and the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
In this role, you will play a key part in fostering a positive and transparent work environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies, managing our internal newsletters and social media channels, and organizing our internal events and initiatives.
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the USA. The salary is negotiable based on experience and skills.

Develop and implement internal communications strategies to enhance employee engagement and transparency.Manage our internal newsletters and social media channels, ensuring they are informative, engaging, and aligned with our company's values.Organize and execute internal events and initiatives, such as town halls, employee recognition programs, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.Collaborate with the People team to ensure that our internal communications are consistent with our company's policies and procedures.Monitor and analyze internal communication metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of our internal communications strategies.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in internal communications, and apply these to our company.Build and maintain strong relationships with our employees, ensuring that their voices are heard and their concerns are addressed.Represent Coinbase at industry events and conferences, sharing our best practices in internal communications.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.5+ years of experience in internal communications, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Strong understanding of our company's culture, values, and mission.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and communicate complex information clearly.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Experience with social media platforms and content management systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.🛠️ Keahlian
