📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor the Business Relationship Officer (BRO) team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company-wide growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the electronics industry.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics to streamline sales processes and enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with the product and finance teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the electronics industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
