Assistant Supervisor Molding

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily molding production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain molding machines, conducting regular checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Manage and train a team of molding operators, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and safety.
• Conduct quality control inspections, identifying and addressing any defects or issues in the molding process.
• Collaborate with the Supervisor to implement process improvements and new technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, defects, and machine performance.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the plastic injection molding industry.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or a related quality management system is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of molding machines and processes, including injection molding, blow molding, and rotational molding.
• Proficiency in using production management software, such as SAP or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
