📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities in the semiconductor industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, investors, and government agencies.
• Lead and manage business development projects, ensuring they align with A*STAR's research objectives and commercialization goals.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the semiconductor industry.
• Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and pitches to secure funding and partnerships.
• Oversee the commercialization of A*STAR's semiconductor technologies, ensuring they meet market demands and achieve commercial success.
• Provide strategic guidance to research teams to enhance the commercial viability of their projects.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology-business development, with a proven track record in securing partnerships and funding.
• Strong understanding of the semiconductor industry, including market trends, technologies, and commercialization strategies.
• Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive innovation and growth.
• Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in managing international collaborations and projects.
• Ability to travel frequently for business meetings and conferences.
