📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Expand the client base by identifying new opportunities and converting them into sales.
• Reactivate dormant accounts by understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet those needs.
• Ensure consistent revenue generation for our clients by providing high-quality products and services.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure that our products are well-received and that our clients are satisfied with our services.
• Use CRM software to track client interactions and sales.
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions to network with potential clients and partners.
• Provide regular reports to the management on sales performance and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical and lighting industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client base.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for client visits.
