📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute creative social media content strategies that align with the brand’s vision and goals.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and other video editing software.
• Create visually stunning graphics and images using tools like Canva and Photoshop.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is on-brand and resonates with our target audience.
• Analyze content performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing to keep our content fresh and engaging.
• Manage and grow our social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media content creation and video editing.
• Proficient in using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, and other relevant design and editing tools.
• Strong understanding of beauty industry trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
