📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and strategic planning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to stay ahead of industry trends.
Manage and track business development projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on business development activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and customer needs in Bali.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
