📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in F&B production, with a proven track record in leading production teams.
• Certification in Food Safety Management (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
• Proficient in using production management software such as SAP, ERP, or similar systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
