Finance & Accounting Manager (F&B)

PT Annajon Citarasa Global is a leading player in the F&B industry, with a strong presence in Jakarta Selatan. We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager (F&B) to join our team and take the lead in managing the financial health of our dynamic F&B outlets. In this pivotal role, you will oversee operational payments, cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting, ensuring the financial stability and growth of our business.

As the Finance & Accounting Manager (F&B), you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of our outlets. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. You will also be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, and providing financial advice to the management team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee operational payments, cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting for F&B outlets.
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Provide financial advice to the management team to ensure the financial stability and growth of the business.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Train and mentor junior finance and accounting staff.
• Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the management team and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in financial management or accounting (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
