🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement and data analysis.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SQL for data analysis.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
