📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and supervise operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects and initiatives.
- Provide operational support during peak periods and special events.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
