📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily financial operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage the budgeting process and ensure that financial resources are allocated efficiently.
• Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including those set by the Indonesian Accounting Standards (GAAP).
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage the accounting team and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality financial reporting.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives.
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs to ensure that the company meets its financial targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the agribusiness sector.
• Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in professional accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
