🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role in the construction or industrial sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
