PT Pratama Nusantara Corporindo is looking for a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to enhance performance and customer service.,Monitor store performance against sales targets and KPIs.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Participate in inventory management and ensure stock levels are adequate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
