📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and supervise junior store staff.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or store administration role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
