📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and deliver engaging and effective chemistry lessons for students in grades 10-12.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.,Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and understanding.,Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in chemistry education and incorporate new ideas into your teaching.,Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and community outreach programs.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of the school's chemistry curriculum and resources.,Mentor and support junior teachers in their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.,Teaching certification or equivalent experience in teaching chemistry at the high school level.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching chemistry in an educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian National Curriculum for Science and Mathematics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.,Passion for chemistry and a commitment to inspiring students' interest in the subject.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
