📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting functions of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Lead and supervise the accounting team, providing guidance and support as needed.,Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.,Proven track record of success in similar roles, with a demonstrated ability to manage and oversee accounting functions.,Strong knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others and manage a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound financial decisions.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
