📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Manage and grow the customer base by providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product promotion.,Train and mentor sales team members to ensure they meet performance targets.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in the development and execution of promotional campaigns.,Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive sales approach.,Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships.,Familiarity with retail software and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
