Point Crown Dinamis is seeking a dynamic and professional Lead Receptionist to join our team in Ngawi, Jawa Timur. As the Lead Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.,Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins efficiently and courteously.,Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and information.,Assist in resolving guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.,Provide excellent customer service and contribute to a positive guest experience.,Assist in training and supervising junior receptionists.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.,Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
