Hokian Vera Spareparts is looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, ultimately driving the company's success. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials aligned with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs through assessments and employee feedback.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with managers and department heads to integrate learning and development initiatives into the company's culture.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees to ensure they achieve their learning objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
