Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and manage cash flow, and prepare financial forecasts.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports.,Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring high performance and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with hybrid work environments.
