Sentosa Software is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term business partnerships.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management.,Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.,Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to stay up-to-date with market trends and build relationships with key players.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Strong understanding of the software industry and market trends.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
