📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Lead and mentor store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement company-wide initiatives.,Train and develop new store staff to ensure consistent service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Experience with inventory management and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
