Zone Link Ekspansindo is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our purchasing processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and invoices.,Maintain and update purchasing records and databases.,Conduct market research and price comparisons to ensure competitive pricing.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms and conditions.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder requests as needed.,Assist in the preparation of purchase reports and analyses.,Support the purchasing manager in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.,Strong knowledge of purchasing software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum is a plus.
