📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers and institutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Providing educational support to healthcare professionals on the benefits and usage of our products.
  • Attending trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote our products.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or medical representative role.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
