📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and prospect new sales opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits.,Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is required.
