In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food costs.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies, promotions, and customer engagement.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including kitchen and dining areas.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Proficiency in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.
