CV Visi Sentosa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales tracking.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure consistent brand standards across all stores.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
