📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist patients upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming environment.,Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.,Handle patient inquiries and provide information about the clinic's services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area.,Handle administrative tasks such as billing and insurance processing.,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or complaints.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and dental management systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
