📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations and accounting processes.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Manage the accounting team and provide guidance and support.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in financial management.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes.
