📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage the reception area, including check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.
  • Assist in training and supervising other receptionists.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in receptionist or hospitality roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
