📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence,Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and risk management,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using audit software and tools,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian financial reporting standards and regulations
