📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in identifying and pursuing sales leads to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.,Conduct property viewings and presentations to potential buyers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management.,Stay informed about market trends and new developments in the real estate industry.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to drive sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.,Strong knowledge of the local real estate market in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to travel and work outside of regular business hours as needed.
