📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and procedures.,Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure adequate stock levels and timely deliveries.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Represent the company at local events and meetings to build relationships and promote the brand.,Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
